where could I get the OE pin/clips that are used when you plug into the SMJ and other parts throughout the OE harness.

I would just go to the dealer, and also I believe in the FSM it gives you the part numbers for them.

Easiest way is to raid a junkyard's cars. It's a bitch. I looked into this for making my own harnesses a while ago... no easy place.
