will s14 rear hub/spindles go on s13?

i was just wondering, aside from the ebrake cables not being the same can i use the whole rear hub and spindle from an s14 on my s13. if no why??

Yes, everything except the Aarm. The mounting staunches are wider and won't fit the subframe.
