There are some s13 headlamps for sale on ebay and I want to know if they will bolt on to my s14 withouit any major mods?  Will they fit and how would they look with the stock corner lamps? any ideas?

No, they will not fit right. I have never hear of some one attempting to use the silvia s13 projectors on an s14. I know that from an s14 -> an s13 you would need fenders hood, core support to swap the lights. So I imagine that you would need the same for the other way around.
