Can't seem to figure out why my engine is overheating all of a sudden.  I'm ruling out a bad head gasket because the motor oil is okay, and no smoke from my exhaust.  Compression seems fine.  I replaced my stock radiator with a new 2 row, changed thermostats twice, flushed the system, and I'm still overheating under hard boost.

How much boost are you running at the time your engine overheats? How good is your intercooler?

more important question would be, what type of engine do you have. Were not mind reader's <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

check your hoses &nbsp;mine was overheating because my lower radiator hose was colapsing also check for air in your cooling system our you might have too much antifreeze also did you replace your plugs before it started overheating &nbsp;the wrong gap or plug can cause overheating

I'm afraid I might have done something internal, like cracked a head or something. &nbsp; So far I've pretty much eliminated every other possibility I can think of. &nbsp;I've tried eliminating and blurping all the air out the system as possible, but it seems like everytime I run hard, the hoses swell up real hard, like more air has entered the system. &nbsp;I hear there's something called a Block Check?? &nbsp;that I can use to test for exhaust gases in the coolant. &nbsp; That may help give me a better clue.

Sound's like it might be internal, since you replaced everything in the coolant system. Have you replaced the water pump? Sure you checked all the hose's. Has me scratching my head, post back if you find the answer.

No I didn't replace the water pump. &nbsp;Should I because I think it's working okay. &nbsp; In the meantime, I'll just keep tinkering around until I hit the problem.
