HELP!! Throwout Bearing

I have a redtop SR20DET with a 5-speed transmission, and when trying to press the old throwout bearing off, the carrier that the throwout bearing is pressed onto broke. I believe it is a cast iron piece but im not sure. Does anyone know where I can get one? or if one off something else will work? Help is much appreciated in advance.

Thanks,
Nate

this is a long shot, but does anyone know if the KA uses the same tob carrier as the SR? or perhaps even the usdm 300zx?

Are you talking about the pivot fork?

( where the throwout bearing is pressed into? )

If so. I have one.

Just to help you out. Pay shipping, and I'll send it via UPS. ASAP.

He needs the part ive circled in red in the picture above. its cracked all to hell. he needs one preferably from an SR20 tranny, but if you guys are saying a KA carrier and a Z32 TOB will work, we'll give it a try. thanks a lot!

PS: im assuming we can still use the SR pivot fork and clips in conjuction with the KA carrier and Z32 TOB right?

It also depends on what type of clutch you have. they make them smaller or bigger on the Throwout bearing.

I would say:
Go to Napa Auto parts. ( if there is one around you )
Get a KA throwout bearing (35$) it comes with the release sleeve to.

See if that matches. I'm pretty sure it will.
