uh oh. the sun baked on my car too long and my dash has cracked. the surface is no longer smooth and theres 3 loong cracks on it. i dont really want to replace the dash becasue it has the HUD on it and most of them are hard to find anyways. i was thinking i should just get it re-wrapped?  hond people do it all the damn time so why cant i right? what do you thing the price would be? ps- my interior is blk.

yea you can do that but im not sure how much that would be..
i have a cracked dash too.. but i havent thought about fixing it yet.. i dont know why...
but i would probably try to get a cheap dash cover somewhere and just put it over the dash...
well let me know if fix it.. if its not that expensive well yea i might just go ahead and fix it

When I had my dash out, I noticed there is an outline or kind of a template on the inside. It looks like it marks where the hole for the HUD goes. I'm not 100% because I don't have a HUD. If you did get a used dash from a junkyard you may only have to cut out the spot for it to fit. Just a thought. Too bad you don't have brown interior. I have one I could have given you for free.

The thought of making a carbon fiber dashes for s13s came across my mind...but then i saw this pic of a full carbon fiber dash and thought..."whoa...that's like tooo much carbon fiber yo...if there is such a thing."   and who knows maybe in an accident that flashy dash might shove your nose into your brain....not to mention that thing has to reflect light like a mirror.  What do you guys think?

um... i think that's totally fugly... maybe a show car that was balls out with that sort of thing MIGHT pull it off... but looking at that... man... that guy could've gotten some other equipment for the price that dash setup cost him :/

hey sure! i wouldnt mind a free dash. even if it was brown id do anything to get rid of that crack. if you werent kidding about that free dash bit i would really apprecitate (spelled right?) your help. thanks again for everything guys.
