I'm don't know much about the fuel system.  My car is running lean too.  I'm gonna get a NGK O2 sensor and put new NGK spark plugs.  hopefully this will help.  Injector cleaners would help, but If you have Intake and exaust mods the best thing is to get an ECU upgrade.

I don't think you can go past the capacity of the fuel system with basic NA mods.  The MAF tells the computer how much fuel to put in, if you aren't getting enough, then something is wrong.  You need to figure out what is wrong.  I suggested the AFC before, but that was a bandaid solution that didn't solve the problem, just fixed the lean part.  You are not past the capacity of the MAF, I still have am using the stock one.  You are also not past the capacity of the stock fuel injectors, assuming they are clean and in good condition.  Otherwise, check the fuel pump, timing, and all the basic tune up stuff.
