Dyno pull, does wheel size/weight affect the readings by a lot?

About to get dyno'd soon to see how much I put down, I have my track wheels on and i'm a pretty lazy guy to put my nice wheels on, the wheel size/difference between the sets are pretty significant, does this greatly affect the dyno readings? If any, how much? Just looking for another good excuse to get off my lazy gluteus maximus' flame if you must as long as you provide some helpful info lol
