KA car over heating again need tip

ive changed the water pump radiator and im driving last night and all of the suddon it starts to over heat again

it was late so i turn my heater on make it home fine and check on it this morning and is completly empty of coolant
the fan doesnt want to turn at all the belts are working the water pump isnt even a month old... whats my next bet?
the leak looks like its coming from the water pump area could it be choking on something? coolant sprayed everywere in the engine hmm give me some pointers
giv me a fish eat for today teach me to fish eat for a life time.... lol something like that right?

Wait, your fan doesnt come on and your still leaking? Hmmm...What kind of fan, stock clutch fan or electric?

it turned out that the a-c fan broke off the plastick part over night idk how and was jamming the big fan and was building up pressure for the water pump i guess and it basicly exloded but now its fixed thanks to life time warrenty on water pump
