Question about NRG Thin Quick Release
So a while back I installed a NRG Short hub with a steering wheel, but the problem was the short hub made the Center 19mm nut stick out too far, which means I couldn't fit my Horn button.
It was either I get a longer hub, get a spacer to push hub out, or get a quick release. I don't want the wheel to stick out too far, which is why I'm looking at the thin quick release from NRG. My question is, since the center bolt nut is sticking out so far, will a quick release even fit? Is there like a indentation which makes the quick release go in more, or does it mount flat to the surface? If the quick release mounts flat, it should be perfect and won't hit the nut. Thanks

the quick release mounts flat BUT i would highly not recommend the short nrg quick release. i have one and b/c it doesn't not use the ball bearing locking there is play. i'm now planning on swaping out my long hub and short release in favor of a short hub and full size qr.
