Codemasters is well known for its racing games and I find DiRT to be quite enjoyable. So today, I happen to spot a new game they are working on called GRID and the demo is currently available on PS3 (i guess 360 too?) and its quite enjoyable.

It's not mind blowing physics or graphics compared to GT5 prologue, but its still quite enjoyable and challenging (from what i see in this demo). I'm usually not a fan of drifting in video games, but I like GRID's take on it. I even like the replays. :P

Codemasters has recently purchased the rights to Formula 1 games for the next 5 years.

I can not wait for this game, i been waiting for a while now and it was pushed back because they wanted to work on the crash physics more, the replays look like a trailer there are so amazing and i can not begin to express how happy am i at the demo, i usually just play racing games to drift, such as forza/pro street but i actually didnt mind racing in the demo, in fact it was more enjoyable then i thought, my only hope is for the final version to have a way to incorporate the clutch with the g25 wheel

yea lemme just say drifting with the wheel is one of the hardest things every, with the controller im easily making a million every time, with the wheel im lucky if i finish haha

how are you making a million ? granted i only tried it say five times...i can't even get past 200K

It's still in demo form and that review is on the PC demo.

took me a bit but i hit 3 million, you gotta link the whole fucking track each run, need like 10 or 11x combo multiplier and you need to feint the straits.

It got old fast. I just ended up going backwards and seeing the crash-ability of the game.

there is a demo on live, its under Race Driver:GRID and on the psn store i think its just GRID. i have them both so i know there both on there
