ok please don't flame me i did a search but there is too many technical terms that i don't understand

i chage my headlight today too he silver star
after that i start my car and the idle stay on 800 - 900 then it drop to 100 and almost die then it goes up again and down again then up and down and finally it dies

then i start the car up again and it run smooth then it start doing all those things again

any idea ?

this all didn't happen untill you changed your headlight? sounds sort of like an AICV problem... or it could even be a loose MAF plug. How was the car running before? What else did you unplug while working on the car?
