valve gasket/bolt Q

1st Q: yes or no on replacing it

2nd Q: had to rethread a valve cover hole, 6 mm tap, anyone know where I can source a slightly larger bolt?

Can you helicoil the hole back to the right size? Or did you tap it too big? If it doesn't look like it will leak, I'd just use it. It's easy to fix anyways if it leaks.

looks like the cut is on the outside ring of the gasket? it should be good to use. a couple of mine are ripped/cut and i dont have any leaks. i would go to a local hardware store or lowe's or something like that for the bolt. they have a big selection
