S14 Power Steering Belt Removal

Hey guys,

I'm in the process of repacing my stupid front main(crankshaft) seal on my ka24de, i have my alternator belt loose, and I know how to get my ac belt loose.

The problem is the power steering pump, i cant seem to get the belt loose. I have already loosened the tensioner as much as possible via the 2 14mm, what am I missing? I've seen a few writeups that mention loosening a nut in the back of the power steering from under the car, or behind the pulley but I have no clue what i'm suppose to loosen.

Can any body please tell me wtf am I missing?

Thanks in advance,

Jeff

Indeed. Rotate the pulley, there's a bolt that secures the pump the bracket behind the pulley, just loosen it a hair.

Only one. It runs through the pump body and into the bracket, against the block.
