seriously one of my favorite cars besides a 240....I almost bought one a few years back but got a deal on a 240 that I couldnt pass up. But when I sat in/test drove one I was pretty suprised at how much room there actually was and how nice it drove. Ive been thinkin lately its probably one of the cars Id get rid of my 240 for when finally move away from them, and they are going really cheap now lik 12-15k What do you guys think? opinions/pics...whatever

One of the only Hondas I'd drive.

That's not a "I hate VTEC" comment or anything, it's just how I feel. I've driven Civics, Integras, CRXs, Del Sols, etc. They're just not for me. I've never liked the feel of FWD Torque Steer.

The S2K is a pretty awesome little car. They handle well, and look great when done right.

I say don't move away from 240s. Just appreciate both cars.

I feel you, I'm getting tired of driving a 13 year old car and gotta say S2000s are looking pretty good to me aswell.

RSX Type-S is a pretty damn good car imo.. I'd say it's a tie between the s-chassis.

Or you can just wait for the new silvia to come out. Pay 15k on a car with 100k miles or 20k on a car with 0 miles. Dont get me wrong I like the s2000. The look is really plain though and the only way to make ANY kind of extra power is to turbo it. i wouldnt mind a mazdaspeed mx5 instead for the same price. Or if you really wannna try something new. You can get a Mr2 Spyder for about 8k and swap the motor for the GTs motor. 180hp + 2300lbs = win

But if thats your thing go for it. s2000 forums dont like 350z's though lol.

s2k's are sick I had my car up for sale cause I wanted one but realised that it wasnt worth it to do now and rather have the 240. Plus s2000's have no torque at all but everything else is amazing about them.

S2K arent bad cars, they arent fast off the line but they are perfect for freeway jaunts and touge. Buddy of mine had one, lowering springs is all it needs, the stock shocks were just as stiff as my S14 back then.

My only gripe with it is that after driving it for a while with the softtop up, I started feeling slightly claustrophobic...like everything is closing in on me...

Yes Hardtop is a must, then a SC would be the next best thing.

S2K would be the only convertable that I would rock for that price range.
