WAY to high Idle

So, I'm almost done with my project 240... I just have one last problem I can't figure out. My car continously idles at 2000rpm..... And every once in a while it will randomly drop. At first when the car got warm it would drop to normal idle about 800rpm, but when it dropped to 800 it would try, and eventually succeed at dieing... I don't have any vacum leaks, I've checked.. Ether FTW. Anyone have any ideas?

sorry forgot. 1991 Nissan 240sx Ka24DE

It didn't change when I unplugged TPS, I'm replacing it with one from the dealership because my car stumbled and the TPS read a constan 5.7v and did not change when rotated, I assumed it was bad.

There is a Idle adjustment screw .. Locate it and unplug you TPS. then when your idle is closer to your liking, plug it back in. if it jumps up and doesn't adjust w/ your TPS plugged in, swap it out for a new one and try this over again.
