Tial WG gone or normal? with pics

Hi woundering if my wg gone, or is it normal thing that the alluminum big part can be rotated (not easily but can be) when fully install and there is small gap there is as well!
M sory my camera suck that is why i couldn't show that on 2nd picture!

i've never had one that moved. you could try it on the car and see for sure before you go and get a new one, it's not hard to remove it off the car.

Remove the top, remove the spring.

Then remove the diaphram.

There is a nut below that, tighten it.
