So my girlfriend and i are both going to school to get into the medical field she wants to be a LVN i myself am going to become a RN. So in her class her teacher said that, some researchers in Texas A&M have been studying watermelons and have found out that it contains natural enhancers. In other words it contains some nutrients which relaxes the blood vessels, much like Viagra does. So go to your local grocery store and pick up some watermelon for the summer lol

Hahaha i don't know but they said that the nutrient right now can only be found at the ridge of the melon which is that white part that most people don't eat. I myself eat the eat that part lol so hahaha i wont have to worry

Are you just eating watermelon and drinking water because drinking water will make your urine come out clear or a light pale color but when you eat nothing but unhealthy foods and drink nothing but soda that's when its a dark yellow color, which means you're dehydrated and/or you've been holding it in for a long time and now its concentrated making the dark color. and if it has a nasty sent to it ( i know it sounds gross) but if it does, you're dehydrated and need water to flush out your system.
