What program so i need to see and read Japanese web pages?

depends on what you mean by "read" japanese webpages.

if you just want to see the kana, then go to windows update and dl the japanese language support.

if you actually want it translated, then go to a site like babelfish.altavista.com, and pray it doesn't get horribly butchered in the translation (but it most likely will).
