Pics from the track photographers website from the Watkins Glen Advanced Open Day this weekend (Well these are from Friday). My buddy Kieran came out with me early in the rain, and then hopped back in again in the afternoon to see the difference. We had to use 8psi in the rain, as it was literally a mess! At one point there were only 4 of us on the entire track (Watkins Glen is a little over 3 miles long)...it was great fun though, as it was an open day...we stayed out the entire time!

I was hitting 148-152 on the back stretch before brake zone (gear caluclated, and then some MPH off for aerodynamics. Only running 12 psi too...to scared for 20 psi on street tires. On Sunday For comparison's sake (friends had a radar gun at the end of the track), there was a new Z06 and a new GTR hitting 145-150 before braking (granted they were both blue (HPDE 3) level, but that's a good plateau for me to hit. I totally love how the car worked all weekend too.

Only issue: I beat up an input shaft bearing in the trans. Took it out and apart after I got home, to see the mess.

Positive: Car got 15ish MPG on track (awesome!), and got 33 up/34 home MPG driving. Jim Wolf Tune Awesomeness!
