Power Steering Bubbling??

So I thought it was my belts because it squeeked when my rpm's are high, and the belts were cracked so I changed them. Not sure if it was doing this before I changed the belts but now I notice the power steering bottle is actually bubbling when the car is running, even when I just start up. Any ideas why it doing that and how to resolve?
Oh yea, I have a 95 s14 / 240sx

That's actually fairly normal I believe. I've seen it on a number of 240's. Make sure your fluid level isn't low...

probably air in the system.. just bleed it by taking off the cap, filling to appropriate level, turn the steering wheel almost to were it gets block, then turn it the other way till it almost stops by it self.. do that several minutes (2-3) and it should be good. oh make sure u keep adding fluid while bleeding , u dont want to run out...
