any one know of ka24de vlaves springs besides oe?

i m looking for some kind of preforamnce valve springs, or do you recomend the oe? im going with si bronze guides and comp valves i think, at least teh bronze guides in my ka24det build up but leave your opinion, thanks

yah thats how i found the si valves and guides, but they dont have springs, i even emailed acouple other places that are kade performance, and nothing

you could also get some phone numbers of some manufactors and ask them if they have them, and if not, if they could make you some to your specs, there was a website, i believe importcargarage.com (something like that) that talked about some good ka building places, give them a jiggle, you could also try calling jwt, and ask what they recommend for the setup you are looking at

if it makes you feel better my ka24 has been having some valve spring trouble too and i think i might have to take of the cam covers and such and do it myself but i do recommend getting your head shaven if possible

are you trying to build a higher revving ka? what rpm range are you trying to get the ka to rev up to?

id just like extra pressure the stiffer spring would provide, little better seal, but im gonna leave the stock 7000 redline,

you could try Race-eng , pretty sure they have valve springs for the ka, or just use oem...



i think most people would be surprised how far you can get with oem

check out Top Line (oe spec) thas where i got my valves and springs..or u could get the Ferra valves and springs..which is gonna cost u a chunk.

yah race eng had daul spring for like 16 something a spring, lol times that by 16 and thats a good chunk of change, i think oe valves, maybe si comp valves for exhaust side and stock for intake, but i think stock valves, maybe the dual springs, and si bronze valve guides is what im going with. then the pdm cams and my head is done besides porting...........thanks for all your help guys
