I have no design preference, as long as they are black with a polished lip and can be purchased with proper offsets.

What width do you want? All you dumb ass rice boys see is the 18 inch part and don't see the more important part of the width of the wheel.

Hey, come on guys, educate, don't infuriate.

What's the main purpose of this car, is it going to be all show, all go, or somewhere in between?

heh, i don't know where the hell nitekids got his holier-than-thou attitude.

teg2lose2: well, it depends on how much you're willing to shell out.

if you got the cash (you have to, if you want 18's with proper offset)

check out:
http://www.takakaira.com/
huuuuge selection, but $$$
http://www.wheeloptions.com
not as big of a selection, but they're located in the US, you can call them up and ask for info/pricing. they don't have every wheel listed on their website

also, quite a few nice JDM rims with polished lips and special color are just that, special. you either get them custom made or custom painted.

SSR competitons (type C's) come in 18's correct offset, have a nice polished lip. The face is gunmetal, so not completely black.

anyway, go search on your own. be creative.

ok ok no more messing around

transient is right, what do u plan on doing to ur car? also what car do u have? s13 or s14?

personally what i think is if you have a..

S14 - 17s
S13 - 16s

i think those are the perfect sizes for them, anything bigger would be show, 18s be show for s14, 17s would kinda be show for s13s but 17s can still work.

as for what CoasTek240 said, u can get typhoons [5zigen] in 3 colors, hypersilver, gunmetal or a Special Order Satan Black.

haha, are you serious? they really named a color "Satan Black"? =p i've only seen them sold in gumetal and hypersilver... oh well.

typhoons looks good, polished lip, nice offset, nice color(s) and hella cheap.

i'm pretty sure 3 piece heidfelds are out of production, but they came in black/gold/silver with a polished lip and you can get up to 18x10.

I'm going with 17x8 Volk GT-P's on my car (s13) It's just too hard to find decent wheels in 16x8 with a good offset. Although, I heard a while back that volk's can be special ordered in a custom offset since they're 3-piece. Could someone verify that?

Fist off, 350whp s14 is hardly riceboy on a 22k budget, so NightKids can eat a dick. Second, I want 18s, not 17s or 16s. I already have 17s and I'd like bigger. I was thinking Volk ce28n but I'd rather have black now instead of bronze. Thanks.

I'm not trying to say you don't own a S14 by why does your user name say "teg" for integra and in your profile say car: integra. I was looking for links for info on your S14 that you say you have.

I think with Volk Racing you can probably fit 18x10.5 in the rear..

Only problem is tires.....

TE37's are sweet... (+22 offset will fit)

How does this pertain to my question about 18s at all? It doesn't.

If you took some time to read the third post down, the original poster implies he is NOT interested in FWD wheels, which would be your "pizza cutter" wheels.
