It doesn't work that way...your supposed to take parts from *better* cars and put them on your car.

Only way this would make sense if you crashed your 240 and wondered what you could put on his Z.

I know of nothing that is an upgrade from a older car. Usually you take newer car parts and put them on older cars. Like S13 parts into S12's.

if it's a turbo z you can take :

The turbo (duh) will be a nice unit for ka-t project.

BMC ( brake master clinder(SP?)) : alot of guys say that the old Z bmc > the new Z BMC (not sure what year)

Rims : and sell them for any S13 owner near you

Diff+axels : some dude said that this "might" work on S13's (search and not 100% sure)

trany, check for diffrence between 280zx And Z32 trany if it's the same...keep it you might swap it in when you go big (hp wise)

Hope this help,

Ali

Listen mang. Listen.

Tell him you are interested in everything. Or alot of it for the most part.

Then instead of putting it on your car.....

sell it all

take those bitches to a junkyard or someplace where you could get $ for it.

An exception to the rule being using s13 cams in an s14.

I can guarantee you an L28ET tranny and a VG30DETT tranny are not the same.

You should take the whole damn motor and L28ET swap that bitch.

I once owned a 280ZX...fun car but nothing that i would want in and/or on my S14. The wheels are kinda cool...for that genre, i couldn't see them looking good on an S13 even, maybe an S12? Nab he turbo and rebuild it maybe...but that's about it.

I do recall a miriad of guages in my Datsun, so maybe some free guages would be cool?

And maybe swap some Datsun badges onto your S chassis to remind your car of it's patrionage to Prince motor company?

Not even close on either account. You're better off saying the diff and transmission from a Caterpillar bulldozer might be the same.
