Someone recommended that I find a freeze plug about the same size and T into the brake booster line.

Can I just get the port welded, or what's the best way to get it back in there snuggly? And do you think that port fitting can be hammered back out straight or is it fine slightly bent?

Plug it. I don't run those ports on any engine I assemble, weld it or tap it for a bolt, then thread a bolt in with a good coating of RTV. Leave the PCV valve open to atmosphere, if there's pressure on it, it will blow by anyway, you just won't have the after effect of all that shit going back through the intake/head.

You ever going to pick the hood parts up or should I try selling them?
