I just started my car up for the first time after doing a sohc to dohc swap. I don't have the rear half of my driveshaft in nor do I have the diff in. When my car is in neutral, my driveshaft spins, but if the clutch is in, it won't spin. What seems to be the problem?

That's normal. There's no resistance on the output shaft.

Yes i experienced the same thing and freaked out a while back. Once you bolt everything up it will be fine.

Your goood. How long did it take you to do the swap?
