airbox resonator removal
okay I searched and couldnt find anything
(dont you hate when a thread starts like that?) anyhow i wanna remove the resonator box in the bumper and have the engine breathe air from the hole in its place. -does that location get enough air? -I can remove the factory airbox by taking off the filter in it and unbolting it from inside, correct? Then after that is off Ill see the resonator box...is it hard to remove? anyone do this before?

thats super easy to do!!!
that is one of the first things i did to my car when i got it i think it restricts the air flow greatly when u take it off it has a tiny hole at the bottom of the box. 1. u have to take the front driverside wheel well panel off 2. find the box take all the screws off and it drops right off and take that air tube off that goes to the air box fab up some kinda of tube to the air and make use of the opening in the bumper but shield it from rain or make an AEM bypass thing for it or jus take it off when it rains
