Kouki Tail Light issue with inner circle lights

Well my kouki tail lights where working properly before with no issues. Then one day one of the inner lights went out on the RH side. So I bought new bulbs and for some reason the the 2 inner(closet to reverse lights) circles don't light up with the lights on or when I brake.

I checked the fuses and their fine, not blown.

Checked the FSM and it says that those bulbs should have a Green/Yellow wire going to them so I checked for voltage and I'm not getting any on those.

Checked for continuity and they're all connected.

Why would it just suddenly not work anymore?

I'm not too good with electrical so I figured I'd ask. Searched but didn't find much help.

Sorry about not being of any use, I just wanted to remark on the irony of your avatar.

Hope you get help, good luck!

Start over. Too many issues to diagnose at the same time.

Pull out the FSM and check all the wires. Then look for shorts and shoddy connections.

Come back after you've learned how basic electrical wiring works.

Does the 3rd brake light work? I'd probably try to rule out the tail light connections first then move toward the front. Do the 4ways, blinkers and all work? It's got to be a simple solution...

All in all best advice is right here:

check your wires for the 3rd brake light and the rear defroster
its located on the hatch when you open it
take a look at it make sure all the wires are not chewd up or anything

i had this problem my wires where gettin chewd up from everytime i will open and close the hatch just wired them back up and the tail lights worked
