I have an 89 S13, I'm looking to drop-in a SR20DET Front Clip. Also I'm looking
to add HUD an DCC. What or if any special notes are needed for such an upgrade. Someone please guide me through this task. Thanks.

Really no special notes, just get the wiring done and pop it in!
