Its the oem bosal rear muffler to replace the muffler that came with car. the hooks on the bosal muffler stick out about an inch more than stock hooks and hit back of car. do people bend these hooks?

You can get about any exhaust shop to fix this issue, they most likely will cut off the stock hangers and weld new ones on.
