Unhappy quick noob wiring ?

ok, in the middle of my ka - sr swap, and having some trouble with wiring. my question is about the 2 fuse boxes on either side of the engine bay. i know you use the stock ka one for the passenger side, but what to do about the other one. my motor-set came with uncut harness, and both boxs intact. thanks

Theres only one fuse box, theres a relay box but you dont do anything with it. Just repin the two plugs that plug in near the fuse box.
