Retarded Timming??

So,

I've been driving my 240sx with blacktop SR20DET and It has a little problem that I want to get fixed. What it does is that when the car is at about 2500rpm at low speeds it kinda wants to stall, like if you was running out of fuel, but then it comes back to normal at the higher RMPs and if you punch really hard at WOT it miss fires, not always but it does it. Car runs strong. I have new walbro fuel pump, new fuel filter, nismo FPR set to ~44PSI idle so I know fuel is not the problem.

Any advice/ideal will be appreciated, I'm most suspicious of timming issue.

Thanks

Well, theres only one way to find out...get a timing gun and make sure the timing is good. After that, I'd look into the sparkplugs. I recommend BCPR7ES, gap them down to .030-.028.
