At least she didnt destroy your new front end. Your side skirt looks to have minimal damage as well. Good luck with a new shell.

dude that totally sucks. IMO people over 60 shouldn't be driving. let me know when you'll be parting out and what parts you got .

I hate the elderly. Yes, young people get into more accidents, but atleast they are not completely stupid. These leather bags drive around completely oblivious. Ticking time bombs. Some old bag bitch senior in my area used post it notes to remind her how to drive. Her entire dash was covered with post it notes such as, "when raining, turn on lights, wipers", "remember to put car on P when leaving car", "look both ways at stop signs", and so on. The whole dash was covered. Well one day, the dumb bitch senior must have forgotten to read one of her 100 or so post it notes covering her dash that said "stop at the stop sign, look both ways before making a turn". The bitch ran the stop sign, made a left, and killed a mother and daughter. Old bitch lived.

Thank you seniors!! You gave so much to us over the course of your lives, that its only fair you should still be driving even though you are comatose!!!!

Sorry to hear about what happened to you man.. If you do part the car, let me know... I'm interested in some stuff.

its not about age, its about skill.

if someone has skill, they should be allowed to drive. it has nothing to do with being over 60, 70, 80, etc.

Actually he is right it is about skill not age, skill and still retaining the ability. I have seen 80 year old's that could drive fine and I have seen 80 year old's that could not.

Old people should be required to come in for driven tests every 4 years after the age of 70. I.E. everytime their license is supposed to be renewed. Just mandatory saying a person can't drive over the age of 60 is just short of a Police state. Especially given the fact that people are staying healthy a lot longer these days.

To the OP that really sucks and I feel for you man. She definitely ran the stop sign.

If you havn't sent that letter to the insurance you should change spanned to spun.

My grandfather is 93 and he can drive better than most people less than a quarter his age. He heel toes and everything.

I agree with you drift freaq, there should be another driven test to see if they're still capable of driving safely.

What i meant was that it's obvious that as people get older, everybody begin losing their senses. It's a fact. Therefore, it's impossible to say that age does NOT affect driving capabilities. But then again not everyone gets affected the same way.

And by the way, idk where you got that from, but i never said that people can't drive after 60 =/

Did you recently just acquire the drivers license within the last 6 months? Are you old? If not the fuck do you have that? Matter of fact people in japan find it embarrassing to have to display that. Thats like people in japan thinking it's cool have have student driver across the back of their car.

lol for some reason AutoTune feels the need to harass members of this board that are from the east coast. especially posers.

And next time you write a letter to your insurance company, you may want to have one of your friends who went to college proof read it.

If i received a letter as poorly written as yours, I'd laugh. I'd joke around about the letter with my colleagues at lunch. And then i'd go home and tell my girlfriend about the letter and have another laugh.

sorry about your car and all, but stop whining. Start disassembling the bitch because it's not worth repairing.

Take a shower and wash your clothes. The chemicals that make air bags inflate will melt your face off.

hey man its cool with non-japanese people i thought you knew?

to the OP, sucks about your car, i know it doesnt look like much, but it was your project you invested in/dreams... and this lil old lady killed it and nothing will happen to her because she is old, and we tend to feel sympathy towards the elderly.. Sucks but yeah not much they can do.. Hopefully they will cover it, what happened to her? did she try to continue driving off? lol Did you get a police report? thats all you should need since the cop will write that it was her fault.
