look at the factory one on there... Without knowing who made it, what it looks like, or what engine we're talking about; you're going to have to figure it out.
A FPR adjusts the return flow. By decreasing the amount of fuel that returns to the tank, you increase pressure; opposite goes for decreasing pressure. If you're asking this question, are you sure you even need it?

It all depends on what parts you have. If it's a nismo stock replacement, just take the stock one off and put the new one on. If it's an aeromotive or something similar, you have to take the stock one off, replace it with an AN fitting and run your lines to your adjustable FPR.
Better yet, go pay a shop to install it since you have no clue what you are doing. |

Doesn't sound like he's being a "douche" but from the sounds of it, you might want to have a shop do it that way they can always properly adjust the FPR for you.
Not a 240 but it should help. SARD Fuel Pressure Regulator, Lines, Instructions, Fake? - Supraforums.com |

He gave you the answer you need. You'll have to take the stock FPR off and attach a nipple in its place to run a hose. Attach that hose into your Sard FPR and connect the return line into the unit too.
Also, why do you think you need an FPR? Sounds to me like you're buying/installing something while your not even sure if you actually need it. |
