300zx ecu differences?

i need a new ecu for my 1990 300zx. i have been told different things, of course the non turbo and turbo are different, but i have been told that the non turbo ecus are all the same, and the turbo ones are all the same regardless of year. I dont really believe this but does anybody have a definitive answer if i could use a 1992 non turbo ecu or something?

Looks like they should have the same part number.

yea... just look at this.. if the part numbers are the same it should all be fine and dandy.
the CEL might go on if you use that ecu for a 92 since they have air bags and our 90's do not.

otherwise i'm pretty sure it'll be fine.
i'm gona be flashing my NA ecu that i have to TT specs...
so the ecu doesn't matter at all if your gona tune it as well.
