Does anybody know wat the name of that little elbow pipe that comes out the valve cover is called. Or if anyone has one laying around!

Are you talking about the elbow on the upper left part of this picture?

Crankcase breather outlet or port is what most people call it, it's not a PCV.

Air Inlet Tube on the Rocker Cover is the official name.
