Every coilover is different as far as strut design and over all diameter. Safe bet is 15mm spacer to clear the strut...maybe as small as 10mm.

i have the same wheel specs. i have a 10mm on front and it barely rubs the spring of my coils. im going to get 20mm on the front just to make sure. theres a slight chance 15mm might not clear it

I wanted to chime in and recommend at minimum a 15mm spacer to clear coils. This would give you a 153mm backspace, which is the most you can usually run with alot of the larger diameter coilovers. Good luck!
