So I think the reason y my car is running like shit is bc the maf sensor and was wondering if the n60,n62, or z32 maf would be fine for the simple reason that there are no Kade maf at the local junkyard. If I use one of the others I was wondering if I would need a safc to reset the air/fuel or would it be fine to just run it without? Would it needed to be tuned?

You would need a tune or safc to change the settings for the MAF.
