KA Lowering Spring?

Anybody have some front lowering springs for the 89 240sx? cuz my s13 has rear k sport lowering springs that im gonna cut soon, but I need front one, cuz I cut the front stock ones so i wouldnt be riding with my nose up. Idc what brand spring, but I cant keep working with the stock ones, they keep falling off the plates. Please let me know...

sorry dude...The cutting of the springs isn't good idea..personally i would do it for lowering springs but then again. i just waited ( forever cause im poor ) and got coilovers.

As long as you cut the part that is for the height your ok. There is the height that sets the cars height and then there is the part that does the compression and rebounding.
Get whatever springs you want. Manufacture give you spec as to what spring rate pressure they are and type of metal. Most of them are same material just different spring rate.

instead of cutting why don't you try heating up the springs with a blow torch lol still bad but at least your not losing any metal.

You clearly have no clue what you're talking about. Springs have nothing to do with compression and rebound. That's what shock absorbers do.

WTF? springs don't compress under load, and don't expand when taken off load. You are telling me they stay perfectly still and don't move the tiniest hair amount?

wtf are you cutting springs for just get some cheap lowering spring(ebay is your friends here) if your that poor sell the car and get a lowrider bicycle

I'm saying that ANY cutting of the spring will effect the spring rate and how the spring compresses and expands, there's no way around that. But ultimately how the spring moves is controlled by the shock.

Plus blown out stock shocks can't handle any sort of cut springs anyway.

s13 Lowering Springs for sale???

ANyone have a full set of lowering springs for the 89 240? I only have ksport rear lowering springs and are ibn depirate need of the front 2. ANy brand works, of course as long as theyre lowering springs...

Lowering Springs for sale???

Anyone have a complete set of 4 lowering springs??? Im in despirate need of them cuz I have 2 cut springs in the front and 2 Ksport lowering spings in the back. Hit me up if anyone has any to sell?
