I woulda stuck to the s14 isntead. better feeling, but if you like all the room the maxima has to offer then that'll be a mroe comfortable car. I;m not being biased here because i own a 240. i have been in both a maxima and a s14 and i must say the maxima body roll is scary as hell! the s14 own3d the maxima in handling.

but lets not turn this into a debate, so anyways, nice maxima and hope you made the right descision and good luck with it!

thanx i definately am happier with the max than with the 240, 2 different cars with 2 totally different demeanors. the 240 was nice. it handled well, but was slow, and an automatic. the max on the other hand, i've done the whole suspension over and it handles just as well as the 240 did, believe it or not. of course the 240 was in stock suspension trim besides having a strut bar. the max is also a 5 speed, and as it stands now with the mod's i have on it it *SHOULD* be able to run a solid 14.8 or less. the 240 i had would never have been below 16.2 or so with the mods i had on it. so over all i am very pleased, and the max has 105000 miles where as the 240 had ~85k and the max drives a hell of a lot better than my 240 did.
