So I took my headliner outta my car and cleaned it with a carpet cleaner and now it smells like hardcore man piss LOL has this happened to anyone else?

when ever you clean any interior part in your car that carpet or fabric type of deal... you gota use some sort of suction to really clean it. All that carpet spray stuff is garbage. All you really did was add more junk in your fabric, you didnt really do anything. Anyway maybe cats are getting into your car at night or something.

power wash it with simple green. shit works real good. you could just hose the headliner in fabreeze. then your car would smell like a fresh breeze :] was your headliner the original source of this "pee" smell? or is it the carpet in your trunk?

Use scrubbing bubbles that thing works wonders, my trunk carpet had some rust stains and it came right off.....Oh and it also has a lemony scent to it, no more pee smell LOl....

Your interior smells like pee... you should use toilet cleaner... its lemon fresh.

Got a dirty greasy headliner that now smells like pee... use simple green and a power washer.

Dude just rent a Steam upolstry cleaner, use something thats not bottom of the barrel (thats were pee goes)... and let it air dry... as in... outside, not in the car!!

just buy a new headliner. and don't try to wash it again. when you "wash" a headliner your not supposed to really get it wet. dab soapy water on it and lightly scrub with a cloth and then dab till its dry.
