Pre-Silencer(str8pipe) - Quiet Exhaust

I know they have butterfly downpipes which close/open for sound wise, but i don't like to sacrifice that much power and have to adjust it. I want something similar to a racing beat exhaust (for fc rx7s) Im real jealous of his new exhaust because it flows so well and its quiet as hell. He has this giant ass pre-silencer (straight pipe) it looks like a fucking huge muffler. and then of course the regular exhaust. And as you all know rx7's even the turbo ones aren't all that quiet with most exhauts. I was wondering if there is something that offers more dampening but is still a straight pipe.

Other concern, I think its jus my apex n1 that shit is loud, its a tiny bit crushed on the bottom and has a hole, but i know it was still loud before. I want to be completely under the radar of cops. I've heard a 5zigen border/fireballs are good ? I want something 3" all the way and has good flow, well semi good but its more the sound that i care about. My dual n1's i like the high end and all but im tierd of being a "rice rocket" and such.

I would like to trya pre-silencer first then put an exhaust system on if its still too loud.
