I agree with this guy. The point is that my car on 195/60/15s deserves just as much credit as a buddies car on 215/45/17s. We're both equally stupid low.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. And just to clear it up id be just as low with 17's only difference wouls be that id be tucking wheel. Lol. Really though. The wheels are too small but you can't deny the fitment with 15x8.5 +0 and 15x8.5 -16 on stock body is impressive. I'm not trying to bash but I like the way my car looks and regardless of if I have 15's or 17's my dd is still 1/4 off the ground. This isn't the "how low is your dd with stock diameter wheel and tire set up" I'm sorry you may thinks its dumb to use 15's to be low but I like my setup. Btw my car is for sale.

Something about the first picture, NORFY, makes me fall in love with the car. I think its the different wheels and the beat up look that just... I dont even know. Keep it up though, looks good.

my s2k on 17s, maxed coilovers. Lowest S2k in socal - PERIOD.

I jumped to some 18"s so that gave me more of a suitable suspension geometry while still sitting agressively, I picked up some sides and a aero front bumper for it and made a rear diffuser so it looks slammed and has more clearance between my rails to the floor.

Pics coming for an update after paint

Explain that one for me. More ground clearance I get, but if all you're changing is your wheel/tire overall diameter, your suspension geometry would remain the same, correct? Just as screwed but slightly further from the ground? Unless you also raised your suspension to clear the new wheels.

The only way you would get a better suspension geometry would be to raise your height by the coils, or lower all your arms I thought

Yeah the changing wheel/tire size has nothing to do at all with suspension geometry.

i'm gonna assume he means

when putting on the bigger wheel, you have to raise the car a little...and with the body kit...that's gonna make the car look lower....and still perform better...than when he had the other wheels...

but that's just my take.

A ricey body kit with missing lights, that all together cost less than $100, combined with legit, expensive ass wheels just doesn't make sense.. aka foolish. Yes, it is just an opinion and yes, I realize that zilvia is a large forum with various tastes. I'm sure you get what you want from it though, and that's attention, the good or bad kind.

Dude your S30 has more rust than most Z's I see in the North. Maybe you should try fiberglass too.

pretty sure these were'nt fiberglass vs. metal comments.. and less than 5 sq. in. of total car rust on one panel edge is a quite a bit less than most. My car should definitely be lower, though.

I left some info out then, of course I had to change my coilover settings to match the 18s. I got roll center adjusters front/rear and antibump steer setup.
Sorry for the confusion mates./
