sr20det water pump studs
How do I take off the old studs from my old water pump and put them on my oem pump i bought. The new one didn't come with studs :/

I attempted to get mine out using everything but a vise grip....ended up needing the VG which naturally fucked them up. I went to Lowes and got some new bolts and nuts and threaded the bolt through the backside like the OEM studs. I think they were M6 fine thread and like $1.50 for all 4 with nuts/washer/lock washer.

thanks man, Kinda screwed up that the oe water pumps come with studs but oem ones dont....

pulling out the studs it super simple,
take two nuts and put them on the stud tighten the nuts togather, using your wrench remove the lower nut and the stud will come out. once the stud is out take two wrenches and remove the nuts from the stud.
