idle issue in my s13

i have a 92 hatch with 95 s14 motor swap, 97 rebuilt head, aaaand a 5 spd conversion. now the problem is that the car runs great but at idle it runs higher than normal (like around 1500ish) but then drops to about 1k within 1-2 seconds and then all the suddon it starts dropping and rising repeatedly untill i give it gas again

-so far i tried replacing both coolant temp sensors, and i have the stock auto s13 ecu installed(thought this makes it idle higher but not fluctuate)

can anybody shed any light on my problem its frustrating as hell??
