I think the overall performance and power of the WRX kills the new Sentra SE-R spec-v.
Don't want to take way anything from the Sentra, but the WRX sure beats its by far. Only one problem, the sticker price is at $24,500. |

Take everything from the Sentra, to WRX is a much cooler car! Bythe way was the WRX really only $24.5? I don't believe that. I was under the impression that they were around $30k. And considering the old 2.5's pretty expensive just doesn't seem that power would come cheap. Those WRX cars a fucking fast!!

$21000? Really. That is a lot cheaper than I thought those things were. My friend told me there were 30k. His girlfriend has a 98 2.5 RS, so I figured he had looked into it. What a moron!! Hah

i heard rumors that the altima had the upped engine that the maxima has with the 255 thats why it was so fast but n e ways i think the se-r is a good car for the price it really kicks ass. and its one #### of a beautiful car.

Price wise, I'd go with the Sentra, but the WRX is one #### sweet car. However, as much as I love Subarus, I don't like how I fit into the seats. Their comfort level just bothers me. Not that that couldn't be changed. If I had the money, I'd buy the WRX over the Sentra, but also with that money, I could turbo the #### out of the Sentra and beat the WRX.

My other buddy has an 98 M3 and he wants to race my friend with the WRX. They bet $100. They are going to wait until he puts some more miles on the WRX, but who do you guys think will win? Stock vs. Stock

M3 for multiple reasons.....240 hp for the M3, 227? for the WRX, i would assume the M3 has a weight advantage as well, WRX might have some turbo lag, if you're drag racing it might be kinda close, but i'd lay 100 bucks down on the M3, also if you were on a racetrack the M3 would demolish the WRX

my bestfriend bought a wrx 2 months ago for 28,500. who would win a race is a tough call. the m3 has more hp and is lighter but the scoobie handles like a dream. i know the m3's do as well. with the small turbo there is hardly any lag in the wrx. i would say if both drivers are professional than the m3 would win, but if both are amateurs than i am leaning toward the wrx. that car is incredibly stable and nearly impossible to break traction.

Turbo lag in a drag race shouldn't be an issue, It's probably running full boost the whole time, except off the line in the beginning, I'd say M3, unless it's slower than I think, WRX's run 14's? I believe in the quarter. Also SE-R is not in competition for the WRX, there's a 7000 dollar difference in price.
