alright my fastback wont go into first gear for shit it will go into second and all the rest just not first is it the clutch or the tranny????????

I would GUESS clutch first. If its not disengaging it will be difficult to shift into gears.

Otherwise....is that at stop or while rolling? Shifting into 1st when rolling is difficult.

Yeah, I practically get hard when I can downshift into first, even when double clutch/rev matching. I would first look at the clutch freeplay adjustment, then your hydraulics. If not that, try a nice tranmission fluid change.

Sounds like the clutch won't disengage fully. There is a section is the FSM about adjusting freeplay. I suggest you make sure it's in spec.
