They didn't make manual sunroofs for coupes. I'm wanting to do the same thing. You'll have to find an aftermarket sunroof to use.

s13 coupe never came with manual flip up sunroof like s13 hatchback.
s13 manual sunroof are customize

Yeah they're universal. You just need to measure and make sure you get the right size.
