Assuming a BSFC of around .40 it wouldn't be impossible to do 280 with the 370's. As long as he's holding boost up top. I'd like to know what's been done to the head, though.

some people think there may be a tricky correction factor here, so im going back to the shop tomorrow to get the raw graphs and then come home and use my winpep to get the uncorrected HP to see what is going on...

i really didnt beleive it myself, the only thing i could think of was the person who owned it before me did something with the head, but i doubt it. the thought always crossed my mind back when i ran a 15.3 with an exhaust and nobody beleived me

Nice numbers man. Maybe I'll see ya downtown sometime. Got a charcoal gray '90 240 hatch w/ the pignose and lip recently that I will eventually swap all of my parts onto from the coupe. Can't wait to see everyone's cars downtown - everyone's doing major things these days (jeffs built h22, and mo's est. 650whp civic hatch, suppose to be a built sr20det). When do you plan on having that dyno session again - I'll try to get everything onto the hatch by then. Keep up the good work.
