A scraper, pronounced scrape-er, is a old buick, chevy, or 80s boxy ass old american car with whistle tips, and 20inch rims. Also gotta have the ghetto slap in the trunk, makn sounds like aluminum cans! yeah! Most of them also usually have "6" bynines(6X9) on the rear deck. It's like our cars without a LSD, if you ain't got the bynines. It's hilarious I tell you. I got nothing against them though, the Oakland black people are honest and upfront with you, although their ghetto.
